You may:

• export tables to CSV for your own analysis;
• quote, cite or share links and small extracts, with a credit to equitylore and a link to the page they come from.

You may not:

• copy, republish, sell, license or redistribute the data or the site, in bulk or systematically, including to build a competing database or service, without our written permission;
• scrape or crawl the site with automated tools beyond what robots.txt allows, or in a way that slows it for others;
• present information from the site as advice, as a recommendation or tip, or as having our endorsement, or use it to promise or imply returns;
• use the site’s name or content to impersonate us, or to mislead or defraud anyone;
• try to break, overload, probe or bypass the security of the site or the systems behind it;
• use the site in any way that breaks Indian law, including the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 and the regulations made under it.

The site links to fund houses, regulators and other websites that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, availability or privacy practices, and a link does not mean we endorse them.

The site and all data are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranty, express or implied, that the data is accurate, complete, current or fit for any purpose, or that the site is secure or free of viruses or errors.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we, and anyone working with us, are not liable for any loss or damage of any kind, including trading or investment losses, loss of profit, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential loss, that arises from using or being unable to use the site, or from relying on anything on it, even if we were told such loss was possible.

Because the site is free, if we are found liable despite this, our total liability is limited to ₹1,000. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
